A man has been arrested and charged with capital murder in the shooting death of 7 year old Jazmine Barnes.
20 year old Eric Barnes was the driver and a man with the initials ‘LW’ was the alleged shooter and allegedly the vehicle Jazmine Barnes was riding in was NOT the intended target. The alleged killers were not aware that they shot at the wrong car until they seen it on the news.
