Supposedly some real shat went down between Steve Harvey and Mo’Nique the other day when she was a guest on his daytime talker, “STEVE.”
According “sources,” earlier this week, the comedian/actress and Harvey went at each other in a very messy argument. We hear that Mo was on the show to promote her new Las Vegas residency show. But for some reason (something that came out of her mouth, perhaps?), theJasmineBrand reports that things went left in a hurry.
Oh, and not only that, but allegedly, the situation got so heated that the actress/comic even threatened to get physical with Steve!
And what caused the confrontation? We hear it was the outgrowth of them discussing Mo’Nique’s past controversial comments about Tyler Perry, Oprah Lee Daniels and most recently, Whoopi Goldberg, among others.
It was just the other day that Mo’Nique referred to Goldberg in an interview as ‘the help’. Steve Harvey allegedly told Mo’Nique that she needed to apologize to Whoopi and others that she has publicly slammed.
“Steve said she needs to apologize,” say sources
As things went along, the situation got more intense and verged on turning physical, according to the source.
“She threatened to hit Steve in the face. He told her of she hit him, her husband would have to come out and square off.”
Wow!
The report goes on to say that the cameras were rolling during the heated conversation, but no word on if the confrontation will make it to air.
