Carson is the second Cleveland man accused in the last two weeks of killing his wife after she obtained a restraining order. Tonya Hunter-Lyons was stabbed to death July 25 at her Walden Avenue home. Husband Maurice Lyons, 38, is charged with aggravated murder.
