TMZ reports that Toney, 26, allegedly took the woman’s phone so that she couldn’t call the police.
Toney was released from the Browns this season after playing in three games. The Browns were his third team, as he’s also played for the New York Giants and Kansas City Chiefs.
This is a developing story.
